Reporter Jenna Weaver interviewing Jeremy Simpson

Q “Where did you go to high school, college, and what did you major in?”

A “I attended Milan High School, I got my Bachelor’s degree at Ball State University. My major was Library Science.”

Q “What do you do on a daily basis at LHS?”

A “My job changes day to day because I work in so many different components of the school. Some days I do lots of technology, other parts of the day I work in different parts of the library, and help with Apple Care. It all depends on the day.”

Q “What are the best and worst parts of your job?”

A “The best part of my job is working and helping students and the worst part of my job is having to be here at 7:15 in the morning which means I have to get up at 6:00 o’clock.”

Q “If you can go back to school would you still choose this career?”

A “Most likely or at least something in education. The library field unfortunately is a dying field because so many things are going digital. If I went back I might consider something that has more long jeverdy.”

Q “Is there anything else you would like to add?”

A “Roll Tigers!”
