What is your full name?
What are your future plans? What are you majoring in, if you are planning on attending a post-secondary school?
I plan on majoring in nursing and then go back for my masters and become an NP.
What has made this year your best year?
I think that just that feeling that something big is coming (graduation) and seeing all the hard work that you’ve put in for the past 13 years paying off. Knowing that one part of our lives is ending but we will begin a new part.
If you could give any advice to the underclassmen, what would you say?
Stay on top of your school work and challenge yourself. Also don’t overwhelm yourself and stress about your grades, activities, etc because it’s not the end of your life.
Who has been your biggest influence at the school and why?
Hines has been a big influence because she is real with you, and I have had her for 3 years now. She is an amazing teacher and really cares about her students. She wants her students to succeed and understand the information she is teaching.
What class has been the most beneficial for you? Why?
I think that Health Science Education which is part of the 3 year course was the most beneficial and I think a lot more people should take it. I have learned so much and I became CPR and AED certified which is important. That class teaches you so many valuable and usable skills.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I hope that in ten years I’m happy, wherever I may be in my life I just want to be happy with it. Whether that means that I’m working and have started a family or that means that I’m traveling and exploring the world.
