What are your future plans? What are you majoring in, if you are planning on attending a post-secondary school?

I plan to attend Manchester University to study engineering.

What has made this year your best year?

The feeling of representing the other students and showing leadership has been fun.

If you could give any advice to the underclassmen, what would you say?

There isn’t anything we do here that doesn’t have a purpose.

Who has been your biggest influence at the school and why? (teacher, administrator, staff member)

My biggest influence was Mr. Conrad. He gave me more opportunities than other students would get that don’t do marching band. I worked and tried my best in band, and he rewarded me promisingly with a spot in wind ensemble, making me the only tenor sax in our best band.

What class has been the most beneficial for you? Why?

I think that taking speech is very beneficial. The class puts you into the spotlight, allowing you to talk in front of a whole class in which everyone pays attention. You learn how to deal with an audience and how to format your speech to get attention.

What is something interesting about you that most people wouldn’t know about you?

I build computers in my free time.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Working at a branch of NASA or potentially a company that builds aerial machines.

Are you planning on playing sports in college? If so what sport and where?\

Yes, I’m signing with Manchester to play baseball as a catcher.
