What is your full name?

Lydia Maxine Roberts

What are your future plans? What are you majoring in, if you are planning on attending a post-secondary school?

Taking courses through Ivy Tech and then transferring to IUPUI to major in communication studies.

What has made this year your best year?

Just being able to do what I want and hang out with my friends. All the activities I’ve been involved in have been so much fun and have made this year 10x better.

If you could give any advice to the underclassmen, what would you say?

Go to school events. I didn’t go to many of the football games to be a part of the student section and I regret it. Also, be nice to teachers, they’re here to help you and they’re actually pretty cool if you get to know them.

Who has been your biggest influence at the school and why? (teacher, administrator, staff member)

Mr. Conrad, he is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had, and will do anything for his students and sees their full potentials. He also laughs at all my bad jokes. He really just wants nothing but the best for his students. Also Mrs. Coddington, she is an amazing teacher. She sees everyone’s potential and is always there for her students even if it isn’t class related. She is a teacher I’ve been able to go to and just have a conversation, which has been such a great thing for me through the last 2 years.

What Class has been the most beneficial for you? Why?

Pennant, it taught me the skills I need for my future career, and has been a great class of people to work with. I’ve been able to get to know people i probably would have never got to had I not taken Pennant. Kaz is also the best in there and awesome to work with.

What is something interesting about you that most people wouldn’t know about you?

I’m pretty boring. I do make my own scrunchies, I use to have black hair (worst decision of my life) and Honey Boo Boo’s sister followed me on Instagram.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I can see myself being a stand up comedian and a cast member on Saturday Night Live. Catch me being BFFs with Andy Samberg in 10 years.

Are you planning on playing sports in college? if so what sport and where?

No.
