There is one word I am sure everyone is tired of hearing by now: quarantine.  People are globally being forced to stay at home while the COVID-19 pandemic is continuously getting worse.  Even with workout gyms closing, there are ways you can stay active in the comfort of your own home.

For regulatory members of gyms like Anytime Fitness, they are offered online classes with personal trainers to keep their weekly routine as normal as possible.  Each gym varies, but most gyms are offering virtual lessons for anyone interested.

Dance Fit Classes are a good way to have fun and burn calories at the same time through dancing. These classes are now free online using YouTube Live through the link below.  These classes are taking place Thursday March 26 at 6 pm (EST) and Sunday March 29 at 3 pm (EST).

If virtual classes are not for you, there are always easy ways to get on your feet and get your blood pumping each day.  These simple activities do not require any equipment and can be done in less than ten minutes.
