Fun, bubbly and excited about life, Blake Froedge is one of the newest editions to Lebanon High School. With a passion for teaching since High School, Froedge is a first year English teacher here at LHS. “Mr. Hiatt was one of my teachers in high school and he was awesome. He was one of the people that made me want to be a teacher,” said Froedge.
Something you might not know about him is that he is a University of Evansville graduate. During his senior year of high school, he decided he wanted to double major in English education and psychology .
Some fun facts about him are that he loves to play video games, is married, and used to work in a movie theater. “My favorite movie would have to be Kill Bill.” said Froedge.
Froedge is excited about starting his first year of teaching. As a freshman English teacher, he loves the energy and feels that everyone’s vibes match well. “I’m teaching freshmen, and that’s really the age group I wanted to be in,” said Froedge.
“I love it here! I really couldn’t imagine being anywhere else,” said Froedge. But, Froedge’s love for teaching has a deeper purpose.
“I really just want all of the kids to feel at home,” said Froedge.
