2020 Bachelorette Season

On this season of the Bachelorette, Clare Crawley is the center of attention around 31 men all fighting for her love. Her name might not be out of the ordinary for this show, as she has been on the Bachelor before. As a star on seasons 1 and 2 of Bachelor in Paradise, and known famously for her telling off Juan Pablo in season 18 of the Bachelor, Crawley’s name is no stranger to Bachelor Nation. The clips from upcoming episodes keep the people on the edge of their seats, waiting for the next episode and while we don’t know too much about what’s coming, it’s evident that this is one of the most controversial seasons yet.

“I like both the Bachelor and Bachelorette but I probably prefer the Bachelor because there’s more drama between girls and less of guys being petty to each other,” said junior Trevor Winkles.

This season has been known already as one like no other. Usually the bachelor/bachelorette and the contestants stay in a villa in Los Angeles. The show was moved due to the pandemic to a circle of individual houses that each guy stays in to prevent constant contact with each other. Before they were able to go on the show, each guy had to do two weeks of quarantine and get tested for COVID-19. If their results came back negative, they were able to move into their individual houses to stay socially distanced during the show. Clare Crawley took the same precautions in quarantining and getting tested.

With Clare being known on the show, we’ve grown to know her personality as a strong-minded woman who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to let you know. However, this may not go well with people or some of the men on the show.

“I said what I wanted to say and I did what I wanted to do. I didn’t let anybody tell me what to do because I know what’s best for myself,” said Crawley.

The host of the Bachelor and Bachelorette, Chris Harrison is well known for teasing the audience in upcoming drama that keeps them coming week after week.

“The path we’re on right now, it doesn’t end well for anybody. You’ve just blown up the Bachelorette.” said host Chris Harrison to Crawley in an upcoming episode teaser.

Many in Bachelor Nation are curious as to what this clip means but some can make assumptions. “I think this season is not going well because she focuses on only one person: Dale. Clare doesn’t seem to care about the other men trying to win her heart,” said junior Jaycee Weaver.
