The Lebanon Tigers football team delivered a season to remember, finishing with an impressive 10–3 record and capturing their first sectional championship in nearly three decades. The milestone victory marks the program’s first sectional win since 1997, energizing the community and bringing in school pride across Lebanon.
Players and coaches credit the achievement to discipline, teamwork, and strength. Senior offensive line, Sam Hornbecker, summed up the team’s mindset: “We knew we had something special this year, and we wanted to make history.”
Head Coach Yoder praised the Tigers’ determination throughout the season, noting how the team embraced every challenge. “These guys earned every bit of this,” he said. “They played with heart, focus, and a desire to bring something home for Lebanon.”
